Before, analytical decisions were made based on years of experience in a given market and a lot of manually collected pieces of information. Now, the data necessary to make these same kinds of decisions can be put together faster and more accurately. 

Big Data has been around for a few years now, but there’s still a lot of confusion around what it is and how it’s changing the way we do business? In a similar vein, PropTech may transform the handshake culture of commercial real estate. The current pandemic is forcing the hand of traditional brokers, requiring them to use more technology in order to maintain their listings. The question is can either of these help us build a roadmap to recovery post COVID?
